Welcome to our many new subscribers. Please note that this newsletter is published on an occasional basis rather than a regular schedule. I have not had much time to add articles to the site, making it over two years since the last newsletter.

On Giving and Receiving - Relationships between Quakers in the wealthier nations in the Northern part of the globe and those in the less affluent nations Have often carried echoes of past colonialism, albeit often unintended. This is quite observable in the area of giving and receiving. Quaker Peace Network-East Africa addresses this issue in an important statement.
