Friends Respond to the Threat of War
Given our historic peace testimony, Friends always seek to encourage nations not to resort to war. With the current threat of the United States leading a large-scale military effort against Iraq, Quaker groups are making statements urging a different approach. Below I list three such recent statements. Also look elsewhere on these sites for more on the current crisis and how people can respond.
