Greetings Friends,

i'm back (after what must have been just over a year) - a little older and (dare i say) a little wiser...
After seriously trying out Christianity during 2010, including being active in the Church of England, i have now returned to my original religion (which is pan{en}theist & universalist with elements of neopaganism).
[Although it turned out that Christianity is not for me, i now have better understanding and acceptance for people who do rever/worship Jesus and commit to him.]
Since the beginning of the year I returned to attending Quaker meetings (prodigal daughter)... together with hubby & son.
It feels so good. We moved house in the meantime so are now with a new Local Meeting, which is just as F/friendly as the old one. We still have F/friendly ties to our first Local Meeting.
I (and hubby, too) missed Quaker so much. And did i say it feels so good to be back?
I realised i had missed this board, too, so started peeking around a while before showing my "face" again.
Hope you'll have me back.

[edited to put brackets around the "en" in pan{en}theist.]

Welcome back Hope- I've had a very intense spiritual journey over the last year myself so I know how you must be feeling. Pull up a chair and drink deep of the well of Quaker wisdom Very Happy I hope you find what you seek. I to have decided to return to a more Neopagan path although JC is still keeping me company!
