Hi~ I'm Eli from Malaysia. I'm 18 and learned about Quakers through a novel that I recently just read and finished. I grew interested in the idea of a religion sharing the idea of connecting with god directly, peace, equality, simplicity, truth and where there was no solid conformation that Friends had to follow. I'm also using the worldview of Quakers for an English assignment and while doing some research, I came across this forum and everything I've learnt really intrigued to learn more.

Hi Eli. Wow Malaysia. I travelled through there in the early 90's when I was backpacking. Lovely place.
Good to have you here.
